PPGI METAL SHEET - Supply of Pre Painted Galvanized HI-Rib Roofing sheet having supply width of 1020-1060mm, 25-32mm crest, 185mm-250mm pitch,  with special male/female side laps and anti-siphoning feature at male end to prevent leakage .the sheet shall have minimum two small stiffing ribs in between pans ,manufactured out of .5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) as per IS:513 precoated Galvanized sheets, 90 gms/sqm (± 10 GSM)  zinc coating mass total on both side as per IS:277, having  240 mpa Yield Strength  with coating of regular modified Polyester paint(RMP). The color coating shall comprise of 10-20micron finish coat over a 5-7micron primer coat on the exposed side and 5-7micron primer coat on the bottom side. The sheets shall be supplied in length max. up to 12 meters. Long to suit site dimensions. (Colour- RAL- 5012, Blue or any standard colour)
