 1) PPGL Sheet Supply of Hi-rib Roofing System comprising profiled  sheeting 975mm- 1020mm cover width 25-32mm crest 186mm- 250mm pitch c/c with special male/female side laps and anti-siphoning feature at male end to prevent leakage. The Sheet shall have minimum two/three samall stiffing ribs in between the pans, manufactured out of 0.5mm TCT as per IS: 513. Galvalume steel sheet (AZ:-150 GSM/sqm Alum-55%, zinc,-  43.5%, Silicon -1.5% Aluninum -zinc alloy metallic coating total in both sides) as Per AS -15965 having 550 Mpa yeild Strength. The color coating shall comprise Regular Modified Polyster (RMP). The colour coating shall comprise of 16-20u finish coat over a 5-7u primer coat on the exposed side and 5-7u primer on back side. 2) PPGI Sheet Supply of Pre Painted Galvanized Hi-Rib Roofing system comprising of profile sheeting having 975-1060mm cover width, 25-32mm crest, 186mm -250mm pitch, crimped c/c with specila male/female side laps and anti-siphoning feature at male end to prevent lekage the sheet shall have minimum two/three small stiffing ribs in between pans, manufactured out of .5mm TCT as per IS:513 precoated Galvanized sheets (min z-120 gms/sqm zinc coating mass total of (both side) as per Is:277, havin no 240mpa Yeild Strength with coating of regular modified Polyster paint (RMP) / Silicon Modified polyster (SMP) system as per IS12246. The color coating shall comprise of 1-20 micron finish coat over a 5-7 micron primer coat on the exposed side and 5-7 micron primer coat on the exposed side and 5 micron primer on back side. The sheets shall be supplied in length max. up to 12 meters. Long to suit site dimensions.
