STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK Fabrication of all structures at Factory, preassembly of fabricated structures at factory for the accurate fitment of all interconnected components, Transportation of fabricated structures to site of work and Erection of Steel structures with Bolted connections or Bolted field connections wherever required though may not be specifically mentioned. The detailed drawings for the Shed structures including connection details and the details for Ridge, Flashings, Gutters and Rain water pipes etc. shall be prepared /developed  at your end for Fabrication and Erection based on the Structural drawings enclosed for your reference and guidance. All purlins for Roof and Side Sheet supporting  runners shall be Z-section all as per drawing . All Gantry Girders/Bracing etc are inclusive in the quantity of Structural Steel

Prefabricated 80mm (50+30) thick PUF insulatedSandwich Panels with density of 40 Kg/m3 (+/- 2Kg/M3) conforming to IS12436. Thetopsheet isin Hi-RibTrapezoidal Profile Sheet in0.50mm(PPGI) TCT (Total Coated Thickness) RMP coated having yield strength of240MPa. The top sheet is having Zinc coating of  80/120 GSM with15-20 micron RMP Top coat over 5 micron primer coat and 5 micron polyesterpaint over 5 micron primer coat on bottom sheet. The internal or bottomsheet shallbeoutof0.40mm TCT RMP incoating having  240MPAyieldstrength . The PUF Panel shall be supplied in lengthmaximumupto6-12meters tosuit the sitedimention.
