Supply of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic ( FRP) Grill/ Jali of “Fibreways” Brand for outside toilet duct area of the Building in 3mm thickness of average size 3150 x 1010mm having smooth glossy finish on outer surface in desired colour using two coats of weather resistant UV stabilized Gelcoat Coating. “Fibreways” Brand FRP Grill to be manufactured as per size and dimension provided in the drawing with Appropriate FRP flange on top and bottom duly reinforced with MS Strip of size 50x3mm with further reinforcement of SHS of size 15x15mmx 1.0mm thick on both extreme vertical fins and middle vertical fins along with 5 horizontal fins of the FRP Grill.  All MS Pipe and strip to be embedded in between the FRP Laminate. The FRP Laminate to be moulded using Fiberglass Reinforcement (Chopped Strand Mat- CSM) and weather resistant unsaturated Polyester Resin to withstand the extremes of temperature. The FRP Grills to be fixed between the existing GI Frame on each floor with one FRP Grill on one side and three FRP grills on the adjacent side  using Fastener/Nut Bolts/ anchor bolts. The corner Joint throughout the floors to be fixed with additional FRP Corner Flashing in desired size ( 200x200x2mm ) to ensure straight corner alignment throughout. The FRP Grill should be strong enough to withstand the normal impact/ wear & tear to the complete satisfaction of Engineer- In – Charge.
