• We supply pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets according to the specifications approved by the Engineer-In-Charge.
• These sheets are 0.50mm thick (+0.5%) with a total coated thickness, conforming to IS: 27 standards, and have a zinc coating of 120 grams per square meter.
• They are made from 240 MPA steel grade, featuring a 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both sides and a polyester top coat of 15-18 microns.
• Our sheets are provided in single lengths of up to 12 meters or as per the Engineer-In-Charge's requirements.
• They are installed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seals, suitable for horizontal, vertical, or curved surfaces.
• Our service includes cutting the sheets to the required size and shape, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and hardware/accessories.
• Colors available are Blue, Off White, Green, Grey and Terracoata.
