Pre-Engineered Components:

• In PEB fabrication, the components are pre-manufactured in a factory before being transported to the construction site for assembly. This includes pre-fabricated steel columns, beams, purlins, bracing, and roof panels.

Structural Steel Frame:

• The frame of a PEB is typically made of steel (usually mild steel or high-strength steel) and is pre-engineered to meet specific load-bearing and safety requirements. The steel is cut, welded, and fabricated in the factory to precise measurements before being transported to the site.

a) Designing of Pre-Engineered Buildings System as per Approved drawing:-Providing, fabricating, erecting, placing in position Pre-engineered roofstructure with plates, bracings, stiffeners etc. in roof trusses, columns, portalframes, beams, bracings, gutter and Rain water pipes. The work shall includepainting to structural steel work with primer & paint of approved quality &make. All complete as directed & instructed by Owner/Engineer.Including below items. : -b) ANCHOR BOLTS (FOUNDATION BOLTS)Supplying & fixing anchor bolts in RCC pedestals including welding whereverrequired. (Maximum allowable tolerance 3mm c/c of any two bolts) as perdrawings (template to b e provided by us) including the cost of nut & washersas per directions of Engineer-in-charge.c) PURLINSProviding & Fixing (GI & Factory Made) Purlins made of High Tensile ZSectionswith minimum yield strength of 240 Mpa and Hot Dip Galvanizedwith thickness of as per IS 277.
COLOUR COATED GALVALUME ROOFING/ CLADDING SHEETa) Supply & installation of 0.50 mm total color coated thickness (TCT)precoated profile sheet made of coiled rolled steel substrate550mpayield strength, with Al-Zinc Alloy coat on both sides, andfinished with Primer + Coat RMP Coating, of size, shape & pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer - in -charge. Sheets should besupplied in single length up to 12 meter or as desired by Engineer - in -charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling /self-tapping screwsof size(5.5x 55mm) with Plastic self-drilling screw cap & EPDM seal orwith polymer &filled with white lead complete up to any pitch inhorizontal/vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins,rafters & trusses & including cutting o size & shape whereverrequired.( JSW)b) SHEETING ACCESSORIES :- Providing and fixing precoated sheet roofing accessories with samespecification as above item. (Cladding + Roofing) Ridge plain(500-600mm) Flashing(500-600mm) Gutter to be designed as per calculation of Run off & should be min.made by 0.50mm thick plain sheets. Upto 610 mm Girth.
