Supply of Precoated galvanized iron profile sheet (Size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer –In- Charge ) 0.50mm (+0.5%) total coated thickness with zinc coated 120 grams per sqmt as per IS: 27, in 240 MPA steel grade , 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns supplied in single length upto 12 mtr. Or as desired by Engineer –In – Charges . The sheet shall be  fixed  using self drilling /self tapping screws  of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal , complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of Purlin, Rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (cost of Hardware and Accessories not included in the price )

Supply of Hi-Rib profiled sheeting manufactured out of 0.47mm TCT Hi-tensile Bare Galvalume Steel (AZ-150 gm. Aluminum –zinc alloy metallic coating total in both sides, 550 Mpa yield stress as per AS-1397). The sheet shall have wide pans with small 2 stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs or side laps for purlin support. The male end of the sheet shall have anti-capillary flute at side lap to prevent leakages. The sheet shall be passivated and given a clear resin coated. The sheets shall be fixed by means of polyester coated Galvanised self-drilling fasteners (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals). The sheets shall be supplied in lengths max. upto 12 mtrs long to suit site dimensions
